To all our loyal supporters:- I've just had a message from the Three Peaks Yacht Race organisers saying we've won a cup!
..And it's not just any cup, it's the "The Anarchy Trophy"
Awarded to the "Best effort among the smaller amateur yachts, as decided by the committee".
Quite appropriate for a team of Vags. :-)

Mia and I have never been to Chester races, we thought that we might brave the chavs and go tomorrow night http://www.chester-races.co.uk/tickets-badges We will just go in to the open section with the peasants....... Ali and Phil, just saying my thanks also for the weekend, the campsite was good (no midges in sight kevin!) and great location right smack in the middle of all the crags. Plus the priveledge of being in your camper van (I really want one now and I was already looking on internet yesterday for one of my very own!) I really enjoyed myself and wanted to say also thanks to Billy for suggesting Troutdale Pinnacle to Kathy it was a good route and nice taster for Lakes rock - I just want to go back and do more!!

Just checked the weather and it looks exactly the same for Lakes & N Wales - good on Sat, rain coming over sometime on Sun.
Phil & I are still definitely going and I saw Bridget last night and she and Mark are too. Plus Nick & Clare still keen and a couple of others who said they were coming a couple of days ago and I'm not aware of them wimping out since then!

I realise some are now now going to hut due to potential rain this weekend but I am still keen to climb in the Lakes. Just wondering who is still going and whether anyone is without a climbing partner or would be willing to let me tag along ? (just in case I end up solo)
