Thanks for all your good wishes guys. We got into Fort Bill at 2200hrs last night. Chris and I ran the Ben overnight. Bit spaced now, feel we haven't slept all week. Doing retail therapy in Nevis Sport. Sport. Thanks to Bill and Gary too for the help with the boat. See you soon

On watch at the mo, all the guys asleep. finally made it round the Mull of K, with little and variable wind, but have zero wind now. Rowed for a bit but all knackered. looks like a big row ahead with not much wind forecast. have mobile phone, no laptop - Rob's got flooded
