Pant y Fron Covid Restrictions

Revised rules on the use of Pant y Fron by club members apply from 21 June 2021

All members will shortly receive a email detailing the new rules, guidance and procedures for use of the club hut in order to maximise use of the facilities and comply with Government rules, BMC guidance and conditions imposed by our insurers.

Use of the hut will still be strictly limited in number and by pre-booking only, turning up without a prior booking is not allowed.

An online booking spreadsheet will continue to be used for members to check availability and to pre-book. The booking link is the same as previously provided and full details are included in the email you will shortly receive, a link to the booking sheet is also available in the Members area of the website. (If you can't remember your login details please use the forgotten password/username links on the login page).

Re-opening of Pant y Fron - April 2021

There will be a limited re-opening of Pant y Fron to club members from 12th April 2021 with new rules and a pre-booking system, (the rules differ from previous booking conditions so please read them again)

Club Meets Cancelled during Covid restrictions

As a result of the ongoing and changing National Covid restrictions and local lockdowns in Merseyside and North Wales, with regret we have decided that the most appropiate action is for all organised club meets to be temporarily cancelled until further notice.

There will be a number limited re-opening of Pant y Fron to club members from 8th August 2020 with new rules and a pre-booking system.

All members will shortly receive a email from the club secretary (Julie McBane) detailling the rules, guidance and procedures for use of the club hut in order to comply with Welsh Government rules and BMC guidance.

Use of the hut will be strictly limited in number and by pre-booking only, turning up without a prior booking is not allowed.

Parking at Pant Y Fron

This is a reminder to members and their guests that the narrow access road up to the hut and beyond serves a number of properties not just Pant Y Fron. Please help the club to be a good neighbour by parking courteously and especially by not obstructing the access roads or gates.

Vagabond MC Data Policy and Consent Form

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force on the 25 May 2018, and will impact on how we manage information we hold about members of the club.

Although we are a small club the regulations still affect us and can't just be ignored. In order to remain in compliance with both current and the new data protection legislation it is necessary for the club to seek specific consent to hold and process the information we have about you.

To this end we have just sent out a Policy and Consent Form email to all members who have provided an email address and will be sending a similar letter to other members without.

Please read and respond to the email/letter as a matter of urgency, as without your consent we will no longer be able to to hold information about you such as addresses and contact details.

70th Anniversary Dinner and AGM

The Vagabond MC 70th Anniversary Annual Dinner and AGM will take place on 26 January 2019 at the Royal Victoria Hotel, Llanberis. If booking accommodation a discount rate has been agreed for both Friday and Saturday nights.
