**URGENT WARNING** E.Coli in Drinking Water

Following tests this week we have just received an urgent email notification that the water supply within Pant-y-Fron is contaminated with E.Coli and that a formal notice will be issued to the club, extract from email below, (the formal notice is now available to view in the bulletin board within the members area of the website). We have begun to implement the required corrective but in the meantime hut users should follow the guidance below.
Subject: FW: Job - 1390969 New Microbiology Department Failed Samples
Importance: High
The water samples taken from Vagabonds on 18/05/ 2017 contained viable E-Coli. (Escherichia coli), and a formal notice will be served shortly
As viable e-coli have been detected in the water you are advised to inform everyone using the facility that the water should not be used for drinking, culinary purposes , or washing cooking utensils etc. unless it is boiled first.
Water from wash basins etc. should not be used for cleaning teeth, or any activity which may result in the water being ingested.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT BOTTLED DRINKING WATER IS SUPPLIED TO EVEREYONE USING THE BUILDING.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE ARE CLEAR SIGHNS WARNING NOT TO DRINK THE WATER NEXT TO ALL TAPS IN KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS
